The team at AAM are made up of qualified accounting staff and our highly trained admin team. Every staff member plays a vital role in the running of a successful practice and each member has the qualification to perform at a high level in their role.
We are very lucky to have the staff who can provide excellent service and will always put the effort in to make each client feel they are being looked after.

Kerryn McKevett
Kerryn has ov
er 17 years experience in the taxation and accounting field plus previous roles in bookkeeping and MYOB. During her initial accounting career she gained experience from a highly respected firm in Campbelltown where she was able to apply her knowledge in the various aspects of taxation law. She was able to see the importance of applying a duty of care when dealing with client’s financial affairs.
As a partner in All Accounting Matters she believes in creating a ‘Best Practice Firm’ that meets the high standards expected of professional accounting bodies and her clients. Kerryn is dedicated, honest and committed to serving her clients in the most professional manner.
With a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting, an IPA member and undertaking ongoing training with the NTAA she stays across the ever-changing taxation environment. As a licensed Tax Agent providing tax advice she must respects the rules set by the ATO and uses that knowledge to achieve the best outcomes while still maintaining her professionalism.
Kerryn has worked full time while bringing up 3 children so understands the challenges faced when combining home life and running a business. This experience helps when discussing important issues with business owners and helping them understand getting the best out of their business.
Her goals are to continue to meet client expectations, provide the highest level of service and always show clients respect. Each client is important, having their own need for advice and guidance, so will be treated with the same personal approach she has always thought important when dealing with clients financial affairs.
Kylie Bowie
Kylie is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) with 17 years experience in Accounting and Taxation.
Kylie began her studies at TAFE NSW with a Diploma of Accounting she quickly realised accounting was her passion and went on to complete her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) at Wollongong university. While working for a local firm Kylie then completed the CPA program and has advanced to CPA status.
Kylie worked for a local reputable accounting firm for 13 years and was known for her knowledge, loyalty and dedication to her clients. Kylie has a professional and friendly manner and takes pride in building relationships with her clients, simplifying taxation laws and assisting businesses to grow.
As a Partner in the practise Kylie is continually updating her skills by attending seminars and training with CPA Australia and NTAA.
When Kylie is away from accounting she enjoys travelling, spending time with family on their Jetski, an ATV quad bike and attending AFL games.
Kylie is a valuable member of the All Accounting Matters team and looks forward to assisting our clients.
Administration Staff
Currently we have one support administration staff whose duties involve greeting our clients both on the telephone and when they arrive at our office.
Our Support staff are not trained accountants but can help with minor enquiries and making appointments. They both understand that our firm is based on providing good customer service so if they are unable to manage a situation, where you need assistance, they will ensure that the appropriate accountant is advised so that a solution is found as soon as possible.
Leone Macartney – Retired Founding Partner 2011-2018
Leone retired after 7 ½ years working alongside the team to build the AAM business. Her goals now are to travel, spend more time with her husband and her family. Our staff will all miss Leone as much as her loyal clients
